Easy Feeling Refund Policy Updated 8/5/2020 

Refund Policy 

At Easy Feeling, your product satisfaction, and by extension, yourhappiness,are our top priorities! We therefore offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us at help@easyfeelingwellness.com within the 30-day time period. You will be responsible for returning the unused portion of the product to us, as well as for return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will gladly refund your purchase price to your original form of payment. 

Damage During Shipping 

We at Easy Feeling take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. 

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48hrs. Please contact us at help@easyfeelingwellness.com within the 48hr period and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
